Hi! I’m TaBre'a—a devoted mother, passionate believer, and someone who’s always had a heart for helping others. I’m a dually licensed clinician, practicing as a licensed social worker in both Maryland and North Carolina. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University and went on to complete a second Master’s in the Philosophy of Human Services from Walden University.
As a millennial navigating this ever-changing world myself, I understand how overwhelming life’s transitions can be. That’s why I’m deeply committed to walking alongside others during those pivotal moments—offering support, insight, and a safe haven to grow. This work is more than a career to me—it’s a calling.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 7 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field, I have had the privilege of serving individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly, addressing issues ranging from chronic pain to substance abuse.
My approach to care is rooted in compassion and empathy, guided by a strong belief in the inherent worth of each individual I serve. I am dedicated to providing medication management for those facing mental health challenges and readily facilitate referrals for talk therapy when needed—ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing".

Additionally, I serve as a liaison with the North Carolina Problem Gambling Association, promoting the Bystander Approach — a community model aimed at helping individuals recognize the signs of problem gambling in loved ones.

My name is Savannah, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Kentucky. I earned my undergraduate degree in Addictions Counseling and Human Services from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana, all while competing as a student-athlete in 2024.
Through years of internships, leadership roles as a residential assistant, and a deep eagerness to grow in the field I’m passionate about, I believe this internship will allow me to work alongside individuals navigating the ever-changing challenges of today’s world.
Having worked with children, young adults, and senior citizens, my diverse experiences have shaped my ability to show compassion to everyone I encounter. I’ve learned that you never truly know what someone is going through, and I’m committed to being a source of support during times of need.
